The respondent list

The input for the profiles is the respondent list at the right of the screen. This list is an important component of MD Pro.

Selection: The icon in front of the name indicates whether the respondent is part of the active selection. Click on this icon to select or deselect the respondent. The number of selected respondents is indicated at the top of the list.

When a respondent has been deselected, that respondent is moved to a position underneath those who are still included in the selection.

Click on the selection icon at the top of the list to (de)select all respondents.

Active respondent: Click on the name of the respondent to view his or her profile in the MD Profile view or TeamScan. The name of the active respondent is displayed in bold on a blue background.

Respondents in the selection

In the respondent list, a blue or grey icon is displayed in front of the name of the respondent. This indicates whether the respondent is part of the selection.

Click on the icon in front of the name to change the selection.

As soon as you have (de)selected a respondent, the profiles are adapted – for example, the MD profiles and the explanation for the profiles, but also the options for generating PDFs for the Download PDF function.

Groups in the respondent list

If the team contains groups, these will be listed at the top of the respondent list.

Click on Groups to see the groups which are available.

After you have selected a group, the name of the group is displayed beside the team name and the profiles are adapted on the basis of the respondents in the selected group.
