Add Respondent to a Team
You can manage the respondents in de Respondent widget.
The Respondent widget is accessible when you create a new Team update or from the most recent team update.
Click on the + icon to add a respondent and select if you want to add one or more respondents.
Add new respondent
Enter an email address and first and last name to add a completely new respondent.
You can add a note to a respondent. Note isn't a required field.
Check the data and click on Add.
Adding an existing respondent
Use the search bar to search for an existing respondent.
As soon as you enter an email address or name, the system checks whether respondents are known with the same data. If there are matches, they will be shown automatically.
Click on a name in the list of similarities to select it.
Then click on Add to add the respondent.
Adding a number of new respondents at the same time
You can add a number of respondents at the same time using a list.
Copy and paste respondents from a spreadsheet such as Microsoft Excel. Add the following information in separate columns: email address and first and last name. Use a new line for each respondent.
Copy the cells with the information on the respondents and paste in the available window.
You can also enter the data in the window yourself. Then enter a comma after the email address and first name. The system uses the comma to distinguish the fields from each other. Use a new line for a new respondent.
Click Check to verify the entered information.
Click on Add to add the respondents to the team.
